Our Business Patron Program offers marketing opportunities and helps the Association fund community events. Business Patron benefits include:

  • Promote your business. Your business will be featured several times a year in our weekly E-News that goes out to over 1,000 households in the Ruxton, Riderwood, Bare Hills, and Lake Roland areas. Patron highlights include your logo, company description of services, contact information, and links to your webpage and social media.
  • Dedicated Patrons page on the main menu of our website. rrlraia.org/Patrons
  • The Association sends over 150 Welcome Packets to new homeowners who move into our community each year and includes a listing of our Business Patrons.
  • The list of Patrons is published in the Association’s Annual Report, a product that is prominently displayed on our website, sent to current members, and mailed to non-member households.
  • Patrons are displayed at all Association Events. Several hundred residents attended our Annual Meeting and Speaker Series events this past year.
  • A year-end thank you to all our Patron’s notice runs in our weekly E-news for several weeks.
  • The Association covers 4,200 acres in the Ruxton, Riderwood, Bare Hills, and Lake Roland areas. Click here to see our Geographic Coverage Map.
