Patron Membership offers marketing opportunities for your business, and the dues help the Association fund community events. The Association is actively engaged in the long-term future of our community, supporting over 3,000 households and hundreds of businesses.

Business Patron benefits include:

  • Promote your business to our residents. Your business will be featured several times a year in our weekly E-Newsletter that goes out to over 1,000 households in the Ruxton, Riderwood, Bare Hills, and Lake Roland areas. Patron highlights include your logo, company description of services, contact information, and links to your webpage and social media.
  • A dedicated Patrons page on our website at www.rrlraia.org/Patrons.
  • The Association sends over 150 Welcome Packets to new homeowners who move into our community each year. The Welcome Packets include a listing of our Business Patrons and membership information for residents to join the Association.
  • The list of Patrons is published in the Association’s Year-End Report. This report is prominently displayed on our website, sent to current members, mailed to over 2,500 non-member households and included in all Welcome Packets to new homeowners.
  • Patrons are displayed at all Association Events. Several hundred residents attended our Annual Meeting and Speaker Series events this past year.
  • A Year-End Thank You to all Patrons runs in our weekly E-newsletter for several weeks.
